How can I book and order online or can I customized my computer specification?

You can place you order via Channel2buy website , it has PayPal payment options and the Currency automatically converted to USD. Else you can also place your order offline via PDF version of the purchase order form .And its the only option to customize your computer specification ( tailor made ) via this form , upon the receipt of this form our CS representative will raise a debit note to you. Once the total payment have been made your order will be processed. Delivery of the goods depends on the requirements and the availability of the product , usually it  takes  10 to 21 days.

How do I get my Student Discount ?

You need to fillup the student discount form and get it stamped from your School and email it to us along with your School ID card to: cs@channel2buy.com.

How do I get my Notebook Manual online ?

Currently the Manuals are only in Chinese & English. You can download the PDF version from the right-hand side column.

How can I install Driver or OS on Axis Lite & Smart , since it doesn't have DVD or CD drive?
Once can get all the drivers from our website and we will give you a backup of all the required drivers in an USB disk ( comes with every purchase ). For OS installation we will request you to use the MS Ghosting service using the USB disk provided. Ready the Manual for detail procedure or ask our technical team for help.
 
Where do I need to send my Axis notebook for servicing?
We are expanding our servicing domain round the globe , currently we cover India, China, Hong Kong. Customers outside this Zone needs to send the product to their nearest service center. Please take the advice from our expert service engineers before send the product to the service stations.
 
What is covered under the warranty ?
Any Purchase is not refundable. We can exchange the Notebook within 3 days from the day of the receipt of the goods ( only for Manufacturing defects will be entertained ) .The Customer needs to make sure no damage on the body and Label should be intact ( the product has to be in the factory condition) otherwise replacement warranty get void. Customers need to send the product to the store - for Battery  6 months, others for 1 year.  Power adapter & Power cord doesn't comes under the warranty coverage.
